THE COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA

CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT
The Commonwealth of Dominica passport is currently ranked as the 30th strongest passport in the world as the country was recently granted visa-free access to almost 132 and more countries including the UK and the EU Schengen zone. The second nationality program belonging to the Dominica Commonwealth was established in 1991. The program is based on the system that underlines non-cancellation of nationality or the passport granted irrespective of changes in the executive officials or government policies. Therefore, obtaining a second nationality by way of investment or donation in the country is a confidential process and will not require the person to waive his or her current nationality. This first-rate program is one of the oldest and most trusted investment programs in the world. Through legislation, the program was launched in 1993 by the Government of Dominica, which now enables an applicant to gain full and legal citizenship for themselves and their family by making an economic contribution to the country
