To qualify for the citizenship of Saint Kitts and Nevis through a real estate option, investment in real estate
is required at a minimum value of US $ 400,000, in addition to property registration fees which are
approximately 4-5% of the purchase price.

  • Submit your application form, and pay security inquiry fees, in case of real-estate option, then the property you chose must be first reserved at this time. Real estate investment can be retrieved in whole in case your application was rejected.
  • The inquiry report required due for the government will be issued. And, the government will take its decision.
  • As soon as your application is accepted you are required to pay the donation amount, or in case of choosing the real estate option, then you must pay the balance of purchasing process.
  • Issuance of nationality certificate and the delivery of passport in one week after that
